A name, location, or other text entered into the search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Putnam County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

Email and contact-form messages are kept as needed to read the request, reply, and retain a basic record. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or valid legal process.

- Correct inaccurate personal data

Use Contact Us for a request about data handled here. Requests about an arrest, booking photo, custody status, court case, or IDOC record belong with the originating agency because this service does not hold those official records.
